Empowering Educators: Insights and Inspiration from Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning Workshop

The Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning Educator Preparation Workshop concluded on February 15th, leaving all 50 participants inspired and equipped with valuable insights. Spanning from February 12th to 15th, the workshop focused on principles of Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning, providing a comprehensive framework for personal and professional development.

Throughout the workshop, participants delved into topics such as emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and cultivating positive relationships. Meaningful discussions allowed attendees to share their unique perspectives and experiences.

The Principal of DIET Leh expressed gratitude to the facilitators and training coordinator for their tireless efforts in conducting workshops that meet the needs of participants and align with the vision of the National Education Policy-2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational Stage and School Education.

Principal Chetan Dorje reaffirmed the commitment to continue hosting such workshops to benefit both teaching and non-teaching staff.

Workshop facilitators, Senior Lecturer Thinless Wangmoo and Lecturer Tsering Angmo, underscored the real-world applications of SEE Learning principles in enhancing work environments, relationships, and overall well-being.

To conclude the event, Principal Chetan Dorje and Training Nodal Officer Tsering Yangdol, HOD of DIET Leh, distributed completion certificates to the participants, marking the successful culmination of the workshop.
