Kargil Gathers for 27th National Youth Festival: Prime Minister’s Virtual Address Inspires Youth on National Youth Day

On January 12, the District Administration of Kargil organized a program at the Auditorium Hall in Kargil to participate in the Prime Minister’s virtual address during the 27th National Youth Festival held in Nashik, Maharashtra. Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually inaugurated the 27th National Youth Festival in Nasik and delivered a speech addressing the youth of the nation.

Present at the Auditorium Hall were several officials, including ASP Kargil, ACD Kargil, Chief Medical Officer Kargil, DYSSO, DPO Kargil, BDO Kargil, as well as Vilayat Ali, a Silver Medalist in Boxing from Pashkum Kargil, DYSS officials, and other concerned authorities. A significant number of youth also attended the event.

The attentive audience of young participants listened closely to the Prime Minister’s virtual address on the occasion of the 27th National Youth Festival, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, celebrated as National Youth Day.

To further engage the attendees, various departments, including Agriculture, MC Kargil, DIPR Kargil, Handloom, Youth Service and Sports, FCSCA, and JJM, set up stalls outside the Auditorium Hall to provide information about the welfare schemes of the Government of India.
