Toy Library Initiative Enhances Learning and Play at Police Public School, Kargil

“Project Khilona Launches Toy Library at Police Public School, Kargil, to Enhance Child Development Through Play”

Under Project Khilona, the Pagaria Welfare Foundation, in collaboration with Human Upliftment Organization and Himalayan Volunteer Tourism, inaugurated a Toy Library at Police Public School in Kargil on July 10. This initiative aims to create an environment where children can learn and grow through interactive play while providing educational and entertaining resources to the community.

The Toy Library offers a diverse collection of 38 different types of toys, benefiting over 60 students from nursery to 1st grade. The inauguration ceremony was led by DYSP, DAR Kargil, Shri Stanzin Dorjay, in the presence of Bilal Ahmad, Secretary of Human Upliftment Organization, Altaf Hussain, Founder of the Organization, and school officials. This marks the establishment of the 4th library under Project Khilona.
